We have a number of positions available in our Customer Services team specifically in the area of Business Analysis and Customer Service/Training consultants.

The broad ranging roles will allow you to become involved in all facets of customer support, including the provision of support via both the telephone and on site training. Other consulting activities include helping our customers achieve the maximum benefit from using our software and the design of future enhancements to the systems.
The ability to relate to people and to work in a close-knit team will be the keys to your success. Some interstate travel will be required. A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
